In this role, she partners closely with business leaders to drive people strategy, workforce effectiveness, and a strong culture aligned with Frontline’s mission to support K–12 education systems nationwide.
In her current role as Associate Director, People & Culture Business Partner at Frontline Education, Jamie Shaffer builds on more than seven years with the company, reflecting deep institutional knowledge and consistent leadership impact. Her elevation underscores Frontline’s confidence in her ability to align people practices with business outcomes across a growing, distributed workforce.
Prior to this appointment, she served as Senior HR Business Partner – Client Success, Client Support, Client Services, Learning & Administration at Frontline Education for over four years. In this role, she supported multiple client-facing and enablement functions, advising leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, performance management, and employee engagement.
Earlier at Frontline, Jamie Shaffer worked as Human Resources Business Partner – Client Success, Client Services & Client Support, where she strengthened HRBP capabilities and supported teams through periods of growth and operational change. These roles collectively established her as a trusted people advisor across the organization.
Before joining Frontline Education, she spent several years with Preferred, progressing through roles including Director, HR and Talent, HR and Talent Manager, HR Generalist, and HR Analyst. During this time, she led recruiting, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and benefits administration, gaining broad end-to-end HR leadership experience. Earlier in her career, she also worked as an Account Executive at M.F. Irvine Companies, LLC, building a strong foundation in client engagement and benefits administration.
Jamie Shaffer holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University, equipping her with strong academic grounding in human capital development and organizational effectiveness.
