Jamil Daouk Appointed as Head of Human Resources at Bond Interiors

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, April 2025 – Jamil Daouk has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources at Bond Interiors, a premier interior fit-out and joinery company based in the UAE. In this new position, Jamil will lead the company’s strategic HR functions and talent development initiatives across its international operations.

Prior to this appointment, Jamil served as Director of HR & Operations at Sankari Properties, where he played a pivotal role in building organizational systems across HR, operations, and customer experience for the company’s billion-dollar developments. His leadership was instrumental in scaling the HR function in alignment with Sankari’s entry into Dubai’s ultra-luxury real estate market.

Earlier, he was Director Talent Acquisition at DAMAC Properties, one of the region’s top luxury real estate developers. There, he led high-impact recruitment initiatives and closed several senior placements, including top executive roles across multiple business functions. His contributions helped transform DAMAC’s hiring strategy and talent acquisition capability.

Before joining DAMAC, Jamil held multiple HR leadership roles at Emaar, where he served as Regional Senior Manager, HR Business Partner overseeing HR teams in UAE, Egypt, China, KSA, and Pakistan. His portfolio included HR strategy for corporate functions, malls, and international operations. During this tenure, he also played a key role in talent strategy, succession planning, and was nominated for a four-month Harvard leadership program.

He has also worked with Al Tayer Group, Align, and Morganti Group Inc, managing large-scale recruitment operations, leading digital hiring transformations, and successfully scaling HR operations across different industries. His career journey spans over 15 years with deep expertise in talent acquisition, HR transformation, and people strategy.
