Deerfield Beach, Florida, United States, January 2026 — Prosegur has announced the appointment of Jason Bricking as Chief Human Resources Officer, strengthening its people leadership as the global security major continues to expand its operations and talent strategy across key markets. In his new role, Jason Bricking will lead Prosegur’s human resources agenda, focusing on workforce strategy, leadership capability, employee engagement, and organisational effectiveness across the Group’s diverse business lines.
With over two decades of leadership experience in security services and operations, Jason Bricking brings deep operational insight and people leadership expertise to Prosegur’s global workforce of over 150,000 employees.
Prior to joining Prosegur, Jason spent more than two decades at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., where he held a series of senior leadership roles across operations and regional management. Most recently, he served as Interim Region President, overseeing large-scale regional operations in the United States. Before this, he was Region Vice President of Operations for over four years, driving operational excellence and regional growth.
Earlier in his career at Securitas, he served as Area Vice President, Business Development Manager, and Branch Manager, where he led multi-site operations, revenue growth initiatives, and end-to-end P&L responsibility, building a strong foundation in people leadership, customer partnerships, and organisational performance.
