San Jose, California, USA, September 2024 – Jason Liebhauser has joined Molecular Devices as the Vice President of Human Resources. In his new role, Jason will lead human resources initiatives to support the company’s mission of advancing scientific discovery through life science technology. He will focus on talent management, organizational development, and strategic HR planning to foster a high-performance culture within the organization.
Before joining Molecular Devices, Jason Liebhauser served as the Senior Global Human Resources Director at Leica Biosystems, where he managed a team of HR professionals supporting over 1,400 associates across the globe. His leadership was pivotal in driving employee engagement and implementing HR strategies for the company’s commercial division.

Jason also held various roles at McCrometer, Inc., including Director of Human Resources and Facilities Management. During his tenure, he played a key role in building a high-performance culture and providing strategic HR counsel to internal stakeholders.
Earlier in his career, Jason worked as an HR Business Partner at HSA Bank, where he supported HR operations across multiple regions and provided recruitment solutions for leadership roles. His extensive experience also includes recruitment and talent management positions at Kelly HR Consulting, Wells Fargo, and Infosoft Group, Inc..
