Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, May 2026 — Jayesh Garg has been appointed as Vice President – Head of Legal at Digitide, bringing more than 14 years of experience in legal strategy, corporate governance, compliance, risk management, commercial contracting, and business enablement across the APAC region.
In his new role, Garg will lead Digitide’s legal function, supporting the organization’s growth strategy through strong governance, risk oversight, regulatory compliance, and strategic legal counsel. As Digitide continues to scale its AI-first and digitally native business model, his expertise will play a critical role in strengthening the company’s legal and compliance framework while enabling innovation and sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Digitide, Garg spent nearly nine years with Allegis Group, where he most recently served as Head of Legal & Co-Sec Department, India. In this leadership role, he acted as the chief legal advisor to business leaders, managed legal matters across multiple jurisdictions, led a team of legal and corporate secretarial professionals, and drove enterprise-wide governance, compliance, and risk management initiatives. He also played a key role in negotiating complex commercial agreements, overseeing corporate governance matters, supporting strategic restructuring initiatives, and implementing legal technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Earlier, Garg served as Associate Manager at Honeywell, where he was responsible for commercial contracting, legal advisory, and corporate legal matters. Before that, he worked as a Legal Executive at L&T Technology Services, supporting global commercial contracting, legal compliance, and strategic corporate initiatives, including the company’s IPO process.
He began his professional journey with Lawyers Inc, where he worked on commercial contracts, corporate restructuring assignments, and corporate secretarial matters. He also practiced as an Advocate in the chambers of Mr. R.C. Gupta, Advocate, High Court of Rajasthan, gaining valuable experience in legal drafting, litigation support, and court procedures.
With deep expertise spanning legal leadership, governance, compliance, commercial transactions, risk management, M&A support, and legal technology transformation, Garg brings a strong blend of strategic and operational legal capabilities to Digitide’s leadership team.
