Finland, February 2025 – Jenni Fredriksson-Bass has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at Fennoa, bringing extensive expertise in HR leadership, talent development, DEI strategy, and organizational transformation. In her new role, she will lead Fennoa’s people strategy, focusing on employee experience, talent acquisition, leadership development, and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.
Before joining Fennoa, Jenni Fredriksson-Bass served as Chief People Officer at Hion, where she was responsible for aligning people strategy with business goals, leadership development, DEI, and organizational design. She played a key role in enhancing employee engagement and retention, overseeing HR policies, compensation structures, and internal communication strategies.
Prior to her time at Hion, Jenni served as Chief People Officer at Ambientia, where she led people operations, talent acquisition, and change management strategies. She was also a key member of the company’s management board, focusing on employee well-being, skills development, and company-wide HR initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Jenni held multiple HR leadership roles at Tecnotree Corporation, where she managed HR strategy, recruitment, and workforce planning for the Finland office, and at Gronlund Palvelut Oy, where she was instrumental in designing recruitment programs and HR policies. Her expertise in HR transformation and people analytics has helped organizations optimize talent acquisition and build strong workplace cultures.
