Wisconsin, United States – Jennifer Wicklund has joined Kohler Co. as the new Director of Human Resources for KBNA. This role marks a significant step in her illustrious career in human resource management, reflecting her extensive experience and deep industry knowledge.
Professional Journey of Jennifer Wicklund
Before her current role at Kohler Co., Wicklund served as the Director of HR Business Partner at Milwaukee Tool from March 2024 to April 2024, where she managed HR functions for a brief but impactful period. Prior to this, she was a Group HR Business Partner at the same company from March 2023 to March 2024, focusing on strategic HR initiatives including business knowledge and change management.
Wicklund’s significant tenure includes her role as a Senior HR Business Partner at Polaris Inc. from November 2019 to October 2021. Here, she was instrumental in leadership development and talent review processes, enhancing HR strategies to support business objectives.
From November 2018 to November 2019, Wicklund expanded her international experience at Oshkosh Corporation as an International HR Business Partner, where she engaged in P&L review and workforce planning. This role was preceded by her time as a Human Resources Business Partner at the same company, focusing on HR consulting and onboarding from June 2017 to November 2018.
Earlier in her career, Wicklund also held significant positions at Bemis Company, Inc., where she supported key HRIS transitions, illustrating her capability in managing complex HR systems and benefits administration.
