Jenny Robinson joins Hall Render with an extensive background in human resources and leadership. Prior to her new role, she served as the Head of People & Culture, US & UK at GenesisCare for over three years. In this position, she was instrumental in driving HR strategies and enhancing the organizational culture across two major regions.
Before GenesisCare, Jenny was a Human Resources Senior Director at Bloomberg Industry Group for three years, where she led HR initiatives and contributed to the company’s growth and employee engagement in the Washington D.C. Metro Area. She also founded People-N-Ovation LLC, where she brought new life to people strategies for three years, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and deep understanding of HR dynamics.
Jenny’s career includes significant roles such as Senior Director – Recruiting Strategy and Operations at SAIC, Director of Global Talent Management at Discovery Communications, and various strategic HR and project management positions at SAIC, US Department of Defense, Booz Allen Hamilton, Northrop Grumman, and KPMG. Her diverse experience across industries underscores her ability to adapt and lead in complex environments.
