Boston, Massachusetts, United States, January 2025 – Jessica B. has taken on the role of Vice President Global Human Resources at Spark Networks, where she will lead global HR strategies and foster a culture of innovation and inclusion across the organization. Jessica brings a wealth of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and organizational transformation to her new position.
Jessica’s most recent position was at Bain & Company, where she spent over three years as Director, Global Talent Strategy & Operations and Senior Manager, Global HR & Talent. During her tenure, she guided global talent strategies and played a pivotal role in shaping the culture and operations of Bain’s Innovation & Design, Advanced Analytics, and Enterprise Technology practices.

Prior to Bain, Jessica held leadership roles at Peloton Consulting Group, including Senior Manager, Human Resources, where she spearheaded HR initiatives and supported organizational growth. Her previous experience also includes impactful contributions at edX, where she managed HR operations and served as a senior HR consultant.
Jessica began her HR career at the American Cancer Society, advancing from Human Resources Lead to Human Resources Consultant, where she developed key talent acquisition strategies. Before that, she honed her recruitment expertise at Professional Staffing Group as a Recruiting & Staffing Manager.
