Phoenix, Arizona, United States, March 2025 – Jessica Siegel Gallegos has been promoted to Director, Human Resources – Sustainability Solutions at Stryker, a global leader in medical technologies. In her new role, Jessica will lead HR strategy for Stryker’s Sustainability Solutions division, aligning talent initiatives with the company’s mission to improve healthcare outcomes and environmental impact.
Jessica has been with Stryker for nearly eight years, holding multiple key leadership roles across HR, including Director, Global Learning and Talent Development, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner for the Emergency Care division. She previously served as Human Resources Manager and Associate HR Manager, where she honed her capabilities in organizational development and strategic business partnership.

Prior to Stryker, Jessica held various field and training roles at Massage Envy Franchising, LLC, where she was Implementation Manager, Corporate Regional Director, and Sr. Learning and Delivery Trainer. Her leadership across operations and learning helped drive performance across multi-unit franchise operations.
Earlier in her career, Jessica worked with Pearson as an HR Generalist, and with Target in multiple HR roles, including Executive Team Leader – Human Resources and Campus Liaison. Her early experiences shaped her strong foundation in talent management, employee engagement, and operations.
