With extensive experience in talent management, HR strategy, and workforce planning, Jessica is poised to drive XTIUM’s hiring initiatives and employer branding efforts.
Prior to joining XTIUM, Jessica was Director of Talent Acquisition at ATSG, where she managed enterprise-wide recruitment strategies and talent sourcing operations. During her tenure, she played a key role in enhancing employer branding, optimizing recruiting processes, and strengthening leadership hiring efforts.
Before ATSG, Jessica spent over seven years at Pennoni, where she held multiple leadership roles, including Human Resources Manager and Learning & Development Partner. She led HR technology implementations, talent development programs, and strategic workforce planning initiatives.
Jessica’s earlier career includes roles in talent acquisition, learning & development, and HR operations. Her experience spans building and managing recruiting teams, implementing HRIS systems, and designing professional development programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
