Atlanta, Georgia, United States, May 2024 – Jil Jordan Greene has joined Paradies Lagardère as the new Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of HR & CSR. With extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership, Jil aims to enhance the company’s HR strategies and drive transformative change across the organization.
Before joining Paradies Lagardère, Jil served at AutoZone for over six years, holding roles such as Vice President, Field HR, Store Operations, Supply Chain & Talent Acquisition from June 2021 to May 2024, and Director, Field HR Operations from January 2018 to May 2024. She was responsible for contributing to the overall Field HR strategy, partnering with senior leaders to implement policies and programs, and providing coaching and support to HR staff.
Prior to AutoZone, Jil was the Chief HR Officer at The People Resource Group from February 2016 to December 2018. There, she provided change management systems, project management services, and leadership development tools to drive organizational growth and profitability. She also developed corporate retreat facilitation packages and diversity and inclusion programs.
Jil also served as the Vice President, Human Resources & Community Relations at Caesars Entertainment, Inc. from August 2011 to February 2016. In this role, she led HR strategies and community relations initiatives, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and employee engagement.
Earlier in her career, Jil held various senior HR roles, including Director of Human Resources, Training & Development at ARAMARK from 2005 to 2009, and Human Resources Manager & Staffing Leader at YUM! Brands from 2000 to 2005.
