Chicago, Illinois, United States, April 2025 – Jo Lutow has been promoted to Vice President, Talent Acquisition at ABN AMRO Clearing USA LLC, furthering her two-year journey with the firm. In her new role, she will lead strategic hiring initiatives for the U.S. business, supporting ABN AMRO Clearing’s continued expansion in key markets including proprietary trading, institutional investment, and corporate hedging.
Prior to this appointment, Jo served as Assistant Vice President, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at ABN AMRO Clearing USA LLC, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening recruitment processes and building high-performing teams in a complex and fast-moving financial services environment.

Earlier in her career, she worked at Coinbase as a Senior Business Recruiter, where she contributed to the scaling of strategic business teams during a period of rapid growth. Before that, Jo spent nearly eight years at Uber, holding multiple recruitment roles across technical and corporate functions, including Senior Technical Recruiter and Senior Corporate Recruiter, with a focus on building the Uber Freight and Sales/Operations teams.
Jo’s early career includes impactful recruiting roles in high-growth environments, preceded by a four-year stint as Marketing Manager at Uber and a previous secondment in Amsterdam. She also held earlier roles at Herman Miller and Apple, where she built a foundation in customer service, talent engagement, and community programming.
