New York, United States – October 2024 – Jon Paradiso has been named the Chief Financial Officer at Unity Plus, a global embedded finance platform for independent creators and freelancers. In his new role, Jon will lead financial strategy, drive growth initiatives, and enhance operational efficiency to support the company’s mission of providing top-tier financial services to its clients worldwide.
Prior to joining Unity Plus, Jon served as Head of Finance, US at Jobandtalent for nearly two years, overseeing financial planning, reporting, and compliance while supporting the company’s expansion in the U.S. market. Earlier, he was the Head of Controllership, US, managing financial controls and accounting operations.
Before his tenure at Jobandtalent, Jon was the Controller at CoverWallet, an Aon company, where he spent over three years. He was responsible for financial operations, budgeting, and strategic planning, contributing to the company’s rapid growth in the insurance tech sector.
Jon also held the role of Controller at The Drone Racing League, where he managed financial planning and analysis. His prior roles include serving as Partner & CFO at Siberia, a design and strategy consultancy, and as Controller at Indeed.com, where he led financial operations during a critical growth phase. Jon also gained valuable experience as Assistant Controller at Vertrue Inc. and Adaptive Marketing, as well as holding roles at PepsiCo, Soundview Technology Group, and EY.
