New York City, New York, United States, March 2025 – NSI Industries has officially appointed Josh Diamand as the Vice President, Human Resources – HVAC Division, marking a pivotal leadership step in his longstanding journey with the company. In this expanded role, Josh will lead HR strategy and execution for the HVAC division, overseeing people operations across multiple brands within the NSI portfolio.
Prior to this appointment, Josh Diamand served as Division Head of Human Resources for nearly four years, where he played a transformative role in aligning human capital strategies with business outcomes. He led cross-functional HR initiatives, organizational development efforts, and oversaw workforce transformation to support operational growth across NSI’s business verticals.

Earlier, he was Corporate Director of Human Resources at Duro Dyne, an NSI Industries brand, where he contributed significantly to enhancing HR compliance, labor relations, and talent development across functions. His decade-long tenure in this role solidified his reputation as a trusted HR partner and strategic business enabler.
Before joining NSI Industries, Josh worked with Oasis Outsourcing Ltd. as an Independent Consultant, where he delivered HR solutions focused on talent acquisition, performance systems, and compensation design. This followed his impactful four-year tenure at Con Edison as a Senior Specialist, Employee and Labor Relations, where he managed complex labor strategies, grievance processes, and collective bargaining agreements.
Josh’s early experience spans prominent roles in HR at Burger King, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, and Advanced Radiology, building a strong foundation in field HR operations, recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement.
