California, United States, – October 2024 – Judy Iannuccilli has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Veritas Technologies LLC, a global leader in multi-cloud data management. In her new role, Judy will be responsible for driving HR strategy, cultural transformation, and global talent management to support Veritas’ growth and organizational objectives.
Judy has been a part of Veritas Technologies LLC for nearly seven years, with her most recent position being Vice President of Human Resources, where she led the design and execution of talent strategies aligned with C-Suite objectives. Her tenure included overseeing a global team of 40 HR professionals, spearheading company-wide change management, and supporting significant transformations, mergers, and reorganizations.
Before becoming VP of HR at Veritas, Judy was the Senior Director of Human Resources, focusing on HR business partnerships, talent acquisition, and supporting executive leadership across the Americas and India regions. Her strategic HR roles also included working at ARRIS as the HR Director for Worldwide Sales, where she partnered with the COO of the Ruckus Networking Business Unit.
Judy spent over 11 years at Brocade, where she held various HR roles, including Director of Human Resources, Worldwide Sales. She supported a remote sales workforce across multiple regions, overseeing HR initiatives and fostering talent development. Judy’s career also includes earlier roles in university recruiting and HR program management at companies like Workforcelogic.
