United States, February 2026 – Julie Feasel has started a new role as Chief Operating Officer at Legacy Healthcare Services, bringing more than two decades of healthcare leadership experience to the organization.
In her new role, Julie will oversee operational strategy and execution, supporting Legacy Healthcare Services’ mission to deliver integrated, on-site therapy solutions that help senior residents remain healthy, happy, and independent within their communities. Her appointment reinforces the organization’s commitment to operational excellence, quality improvement, and scalable healthcare service delivery.
Most recently, Julie served as President of PACE Dakota Consulting, LLC, and earlier as President of Resolute Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, where she led strategic growth and quality-focused initiatives. Prior to that, she held executive leadership roles at Cornerstone Healthcare Group, including Executive Vice President and Vice President, driving performance transformation and operational leadership across multiple facilities.
Julie’s extensive tenure at Kindred Healthcare spans nearly 21 years, where she progressed through multiple senior roles including Division Vice President, Market Chief Executive Officer for the Tampa Bay Market, CEO at Kindred Hospital Bay Area Tampa, and COO at Kindred Hospital Bay Area. Throughout this period, she led hospital divisions, rehabilitation services, and multi-site operations with a strong focus on quality improvement, team building, and financial performance.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Saint Leo University.
