Justine M. Appointed as Human Resources Director at Microsoft

Toronto, Ontario, Canada, March 2025 – Microsoft has announced the appointment of Justine M. as Human Resources Director. In this key role, Justine will lead a team of Senior HR Managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) supporting Microsoft’s Customer Service and Support (CSS) organization, which consists of 15,000 employees across 46 countries. She will play a critical role in shaping HR strategies, driving organizational effectiveness, and ensuring a seamless and innovative support experience for Microsoft customers globally.

Prior to her new role, Justine served as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Microsoft, where she was responsible for the A+I (Advocacy & Intelligence) organization within CSS, supporting a global workforce of 6,000 employees. In this capacity, she spearheaded talent strategies, workforce planning, and HR process improvements, ensuring that Microsoft’s support teams were equipped to evolve with advancements in AI, hybrid work models, and changing customer needs.

Before joining Microsoft, Justine held leadership roles at Amazon, where she served as Senior HR Manager for Ad Technology and Engineering, overseeing HR strategy across seven business verticals in 16 countries. She also led HR functions for International Expansion, Advertising Sales, Prime Video/Studios, and Music, managing global workforce planning, compliance, and leadership development.

Earlier in her career, Justine was the Head of People for JUUL Labs Canada, leading HR transformation efforts, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives. Additionally, her tenure at Amazon in multiple HRBP roles solidified her expertise in organizational change, workforce planning, and culture development.

With a strong academic foundation, Justine holds an Executive Master’s in Human Resources Management from York University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College.
