Under Chapman-Walker’s leadership, Kallidus has experienced significant growth, now boasting over 1,200 customers and employing more than 200 staff across the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada. His journey with Kallidus began in the sales team, where he quickly demonstrated his ability to drive the company’s growth and innovation in the Human Capital Management (HCM) and learning & development (L&D) sectors.

Having worked for Kallidus for 11 years, I know how highly our customers value our HCM, L&D software and eLearning content. We will work hard to make people success easy for our customers, to empower our own employees to achieve great things, and to deliver strong returns for all stakeholders.”
Kallidus’s partnership with Apse Capital, a London-based private equity firm specializing in tech-enabled B2B businesses in high-growth sectors across Europe, underscores its commitment to innovation and excellence in the learning and development software industry.
