Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland, August 2024 – Kare Hyvärinen has embarked on a new role as Vice President, Legal & People at Nordhealth. In this strategic position, Kare will oversee legal operations and human resources, ensuring the company’s compliance and fostering a positive and productive work environment. His role will involve shaping and implementing strategies that align with Nordhealth’s mission of redefining healthcare through innovative software solutions.
Before joining Nordhealth, Kare held the position of Chief Legal Officer at Eltel Networks for over five years. In this role, he provided strategic legal advice, managed compliance, and played a crucial part in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) processes. Kare also served as an interim Human Resources Director and Sales and Marketing Director at Eltel, showcasing his versatility and leadership in multiple domains.
Prior to Eltel, Kare was an Attorney at Law at Borenius & Kemppinen Ltd for over five years, where he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate matters, and dispute resolution. His legal expertise and experience in corporate governance have been instrumental in shaping his career.
Earlier in his career, Kare worked as Legal Counsel at Eltel, where he built the legal function for the company and developed risk management processes. His contributions were critical in navigating legal challenges and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
