In his new role, he leverages his deep experience in forging strategic alliances with leading OEMs such as Cisco, Juniper, Commscope, and Poly to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Prior to joining Ingram Micro, Karthik spent five years at Redington Limited as Senior General Manager, where he spearheaded a three-year growth strategy managing 14 OEM alliances. His earlier leadership roles at Vishuddhi Network Solutions, Microsoft, Oracle, and Redington India Ltd further solidified his capabilities in partner management, creative problem-solving, and sales leadership.
Karthik began his career with sales and channel development roles at Techpacific India Limited (a part of Ingram Micro) and Snom India, where he was recognized for market share development and strategic partner onboarding. At Microsoft and Oracle, he managed multi-region Tier 2 partner relationships, consistently achieving multi-million-dollar quotas and driving channel-led revenue growth.
Across all his roles, Karthik has demonstrated expertise in sales coaching, organizational leadership, and business innovation. With a proven record of leading large teams, delivering consistent growth, and aligning technology partnerships to market opportunities, he continues to strengthen Ingram Micro’s position in the networking solutions space.
