Fairfax, Virginia, United States, March 2025 – Katelyn Lundquist has been promoted to Corporate Director of People & Culture at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing people strategy, talent management, and organizational culture initiatives across the company’s diverse portfolio of properties.
Katelyn Lundquist has been with Crescent Hotels & Resorts for nearly a decade, progressing through multiple roles within the organization. Prior to her promotion, she served as Corporate People & Culture Manager, where she played a pivotal role in employee engagement, talent acquisition, and HR program development.
Earlier in her career at Crescent, she held positions including Recruiter, Corporate Office Manager, Corporate Office Administrator, and Sales Coordinator, demonstrating her versatility and commitment to the company’s growth.
Before joining Crescent, Lundquist gained experience in public service as a Congressional Intern at the Office of Senator Kirsten E. Gillibrand, where she supported legislative research, constituent casework, and office administration. She also worked in hospitality at The Fort William Henry Hotel and Conference Center and in retail as a Sales Associate at Tommy Hilfiger.
