Before joining Access4, Noonan spent nine years at ERDI as Director of Talent, Culture, and Learning & Development, where she played a critical role in organizational culture development, employee engagement, and leadership training. Prior to that, she served as Manager of Human Resources at Arts Centre Melbourne, where she contributed to diversity, inclusion, and recognition programs to strengthen the organization’s people strategy.
Earlier in her career, Noonan held HR leadership roles at Quest Apartment Hotels, Altara, and APT Travel Group, where she managed workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and culture transformation projects. Her experience spans employee training, workforce engagement, and HR strategy execution, making her a strong leader in organizational development and people management.
With her expertise in HR strategy, cultural transformation, and talent leadership, Noonan is set to drive Access4’s people-first initiatives, ensuring a thriving and engaged workforce as the company continues to expand in the unified communications technology sector.
