Katie, with over a decade of expertise in talent management, legal personnel administration, and HR strategy, will spearhead the organization’s human resources functions, emphasizing talent acquisition, development, and organizational growth.
Katie has been a vital part of Security Risk Advisors for over seven years, most recently serving as Head of Talent Management and previously as Human Resources Manager, where she significantly contributed to the company’s talent and organizational strategies.
Prior to joining Security Risk Advisors, Katie worked at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP as Legal Personnel Director, where she developed extensive experience in hiring, performance management, training, and policy development for legal professionals.
