Stockholm, Sweden, January 2025 – Malin Lundgren has joined Coromatic AB as the Chief Human Resources Officer Group and HR Director Sweden, bringing extensive expertise in strategic and operational HR leadership. In her new role, Malin will lead the company’s HR strategy across Sweden and group operations, focusing on talent development, organizational transformation, and aligning HR practices with Coromatic’s mission to secure critical operations for its customers.
Malin joins Coromatic after four successful years as Human Resources Director at JM, where she led HR operations across Sweden, Finland, and Norway, supporting approximately 2,200 employees. During her tenure, she navigated the organization through the pandemic, implemented strategic HR transformations, and achieved significant operational efficiencies, including a 30% streamlining of the HR function.

Prior to JM, Malin served as Head of HR at Corem Property Group, overseeing HR operations across Sweden, Copenhagen, and New York. She played a pivotal role in establishing a modern HR organization, managing due diligence for acquisitions, and leading structural changes to enhance efficiency and customer focus.
Malin also contributed to Bonava’s success as HR Manager for Bonava Sweden, where she was instrumental in the company’s spin-off from NCC, creating a new organization, launching a new brand, and expanding the workforce by 25%. Her efforts helped achieve record business performance during the transition.
Earlier in her career, Malin spent over a decade at NCC, where she held various HR roles, including HR Manager, HR Business Partner, and Learning & Development Specialist, gaining comprehensive experience in talent management, learning initiatives, and employee engagement.
