Kristen Bruner Appointed as Chief People Officer at Worley

Houston, Texas, United States, April 2026 – Worley has announced that Kristen Bruner will join the organization on May 1 and formally assume the role of Chief People Officer from July 1, 2026. Kristen brings deep global experience in leading people strategy within complex, multinational organizations. She most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Huron Consulting Group, where she played a pivotal role in transforming HR into a strategic business partner, driving organizational growth, and enabling enterprise-wide change initiatives.

The transition also marks the departure of Vikki Pink, who will step down after nearly seven years as Chief People Officer at Worley. Her tenure has been instrumental during a period of significant growth and transformation, and the organization has acknowledged her strong values-led leadership and lasting impact.

In her most recent role at Huron Consulting Group, Kristen Bruner led enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives, aligning talent strategy with business outcomes and enabling scalable growth. She spearheaded executive succession planning, redefined compensation frameworks, and strengthened leadership pipelines, contributing to a high-performance, future-ready organization.

Prior to Huron, she served as Chief Human Resources and Communications Officer at W. L. Gore & Associates, where she was part of the executive leadership team, shaping global HR and communications strategy and enhancing employee engagement and external brand positioning.

Earlier, Kristen spent nearly two decades at Boeing, holding multiple senior leadership roles. She led HR for Boeing’s Global Services and IT functions, supporting tens of thousands of employees across more than 70 countries, and played a critical role in large-scale transformation, leadership development, and organizational design initiatives.

Her career reflects a consistent track record of managing complexity at scale, driving transformation, and aligning people strategies with business performance, making her well-positioned to lead Worley’s next phase of growth.
