Orlando, Florida, United States, September 2025 — Orlando Health has announced the elevation of Katrina Williams to Corporate Chief of Human Resources. In this expanded leadership role, Williams will oversee the organization’s HR strategy, focusing on talent development, workforce planning, and aligning human resources with Orlando Health’s mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services across the southeastern United States.
Williams has been with Orlando Health for more than three years, most recently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources. During this tenure, she contributed significantly to strengthening organizational effectiveness, advancing HR practices, and building a culture of engagement and inclusivity within the healthcare system.
Before joining Orlando Health, she spent over nine years at Charles Schwab, where she rose to the role of Director – HR Business Partner. There, she worked closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to enhance organizational effectiveness by aligning talent strategies with business goals. Her expertise in talent management, organizational development, and HR leadership made her a trusted partner across the enterprise.
Earlier, Williams spent 14 years at JPMorgan Chase, where she served in multiple HR leadership roles, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Business Partner, and Hiring Lead Manager. She provided strategic HR guidance, drove talent development initiatives, and led organizational change management programs that impacted thousands of employees.
Williams began her HR leadership journey at Walgreens Healthcare as Director of Customer Service and at AT&T as Claims Resource Manager, where she gained critical experience managing large teams and driving customer-focused workforce strategies. She started her career at the Prudential Insurance Company of America as a Personnel Representative, supporting core HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
