Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2025 — Kaveri Das has been elevated to the position of Business Head – ZEE5 Hindi, further strengthening the leadership team at ZEE5 as it sharpens its focus on regional content strategy and personalized entertainment. Kaveri brings over 12 years of rich experience across OTT, telecom, and digital media. Prior to this elevation, she served as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Customer Lifecycle and Engagement at ZEE5, where she was instrumental in leading cross-functional efforts in retention, monetization, and AI-driven user experience. Her leadership was critical in aligning engagement strategies with ZEE5’s broader business transformation.

Before rejoining ZEE5 in her current capacity, Kaveri served as VP of Growth and Strategy at Onnivation, where she led strategic consulting for hyper-growth companies. Earlier, at Tata Sky Ltd, she spearheaded revenue strategies for linear channels and subscriber marketing. At Idea Cellular Ltd, she held multiple marketing roles, focusing on customer lifecycle and revenue acceleration initiatives.

Kaveri’s strong foundation in marketing, bolstered by an MBA from Symbiosis and a technical background, positions her well to lead ZEE5 Hindi into its next phase of growth. Her elevation comes at a crucial time as ZEE5 deepens its footprint in the OTT landscape and continues to innovate for Hindi-speaking audiences.
