With over a decade of experience in human resources within high-profile companies across the Middle East, Al Dossary is set to lead Kayanee’s HR strategies and initiatives.
Before joining Kayanee, Lama Al Dossary enriched her extensive career portfolio at several prestigious organizations. She served as the Member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee at the Saudi Equestrian Authority and was the Vice Chair for the Riyadh Chapter Advisory Board at the GCC Board Directors Institute, showcasing her leadership in strategic HR roles.
Al Dossary also made significant contributions to the Saudi Tourism Authority as the Vice President of People and Senior Advisor, where she spearheaded major HR initiatives and policies from February 2022 until her recent move to Kayanee. Prior to that, she was the Director of Human Resources and NRC Secretary at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund, where she was instrumental in aligning HR strategies with corporate goals.
Her earlier roles include significant positions at Ghidotti | Berger LLP, and Wakeman Law Group Inc., among others, where she developed expertise in HR planning, performance management, and organizational development. Her tenure at these companies has been marked by a keen focus on enhancing operational efficiency and employee engagement through innovative HR practices.
