April 2024, Uppsala, Sweden — Metacon AB, an innovative leader in hydrogen energy technology, is pleased to announce the appointment of Hanna Holtz Wärenfeldt as its new Chief People Officer. With over 15 years of experience in human resources management across prominent Swedish organizations, Holtz Wärenfeldt is set to steer Metacon AB’s people strategy into a new era.
Prior to her new role at Metacon AB, Holtz Wärenfeldt served as the HR Chief at Uppsala kommun, where she managed human resources operations from January 2017 until April 2024. During her tenure, she was instrumental in aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives and enhancing employee engagement initiatives.
Before joining Uppsala kommun, Holtz Wärenfeldt was an HR Manager at PostNord from January 2009 to December 2016. In this role, she oversaw substantial HR functions, contributing to significant developmental changes and setting robust HR frameworks that propelled the organization towards achieving its goals.
Her extensive experience also includes managing diverse HR facets such as talent acquisition, staff development, and performance management, which will be invaluable in her new capacity at Metacon AB.
