Kelley’s extensive HR experience also includes her role as Human Resources Director at RR Donnelley & Sons Company, where she managed HR operations for various business units and contributed to the company’s growth through strategic HR initiatives.
In addition to her leadership roles, Kelley began her career in HR management at Montgomery Wards and The Registry Shop, where she gained valuable experience in HR practices, talent management, and organizational development.
