Columbus, Ohio, United States, January 2025 – Kellie Pertuset has been appointed as the Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Management at American Municipal Power, Inc. (AMP). In her new role, Kellie will lead the strategic direction of the Human Resources Department, overseeing critical functions including talent management, training, recruiting, compliance, payroll, benefits, budgeting, and labor relations. She will work closely with the Executive Management Team to foster employee engagement and promote an inclusive workplace culture.
Prior to joining AMP, Kellie served as Head of Human Resources at Mettler-Toledo International, Inc. for six years, where she provided leadership in aligning HR strategies with business goals at the company’s two producing facilities in Columbus, Ohio. Her contributions included developing policies and plans at the local, national, and global levels, as well as collaborating with senior leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives.

Before that, she worked as a Human Resources Manager at Core Molding Technologies, managing labor relations, health and safety programs, recruitment, and benefits administration. Her role emphasized supporting the company’s values and retaining top talent over a three-year period.
Kellie also held various roles at Honda North America, Inc., where she served as a Human Resources Generalist, supporting business departments through strategic workforce planning, policy refinement, and orientation programs. Earlier in her career, she gained experience as a Human Resources Manager at R.W. Setterlin Building Company and held multiple leadership roles at ViaQuest, Inc., including Program Director and Human Resources Manager.
