In her new role, Kelly will oversee HR operations, employee engagement, and talent development, ensuring that RDA’s workforce is equipped to contribute to the company’s goals of scalable technology and data-driven outcomes.
Kelly brings over nine years of HR experience with RDA to her new position as Director. Prior to this role, she served as an HR Manager for more than five years, where she focused on optimizing HR processes and enhancing employee benefits and engagement. Her initial role with RDA as an HR and Benefits Coordinator further developed her expertise in HR coordination and benefits management, laying the groundwork for her strategic leadership in the company.
