Los Angeles, CA, USA — GoDigital Media Group is thrilled to announce Kimberly Medina’s promotion to Vice President of Human Resources. With a rich background in strategic HR planning, global compensation, and organizational development, Medina brings over a decade of comprehensive HR experience to the role.
Kimberly Medina joined GoDigital Media Group in February 2022 as a Human Resources Business Partner. Within a year, her strategic insights and leadership skills earned her the role of Human Resources Manager, where she managed HR operations for multiple business units, including Cinq Music Group, NGLmitú, Sound Royalties, ContentBridge, and Bob’s Stores. She was instrumental in implementing HR practices across North America, leading recruiting efforts, and designing effective compensation plans.
In December 2023, Medina was promoted to Human Resources Director. In this role, she oversaw strategic HR planning, labor cost management, and global regulatory compliance. Her expertise in change management and strategic communication led to improved employee engagement and streamlined compensation planning.
Before joining GoDigital, Medina served as Bilingual Human Resources Manager at Bergen Logistics from October 2020 to February 2022. She managed payroll, benefits, and compliance for over 215 employees, while implementing new strategies to enhance HR functionality.
Prior to that, Medina held the role of Account Executive at Nigel Frank International, specializing in Microsoft Azure technologies recruitment, and Bilingual HR Generalist at Advanced Vision Science, where she managed day-to-day HR operations.
