Nottingham, England, United Kingdom, April 2025 – Kirsty Begbie has taken on the role of HR Director – Business Partnering at Experian, further strengthening her long-standing association with the global data and technology company. In her new role, Kirsty will lead strategic HR initiatives, partnering closely with business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
Kirsty has been part of Experian for over 11 years, demonstrating steady career progression and leadership in various HR capacities. Most recently, she served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner for over six years, playing a key role in organizational effectiveness and employee engagement strategies.
Before this, she worked as a Senior Employee Relations Consultant at Experian, where she spent nearly five years focusing on policy development, compliance, and workforce relations. Her earlier experience also includes roles at Miranda Technologies as HR Advisor, and at Manpower UK as HR Contract Manager, where she managed HR services across multiple client accounts.

Kirsty began her career in talent acquisition with Barker Ross, gaining a strong foundation in recruitment and workforce planning. She holds a PGDip in Human Resource Management from Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University, equipping her with the academic and strategic depth needed for her evolving HR leadership roles.
