Christina Pinheiro has been appointed Vice President of People, bringing nearly two decades of experience leading people strategy, organizational transformation, and talent initiatives across high-growth technology, SaaS, venture-backed, and mission-driven organizations.
Throughout her career, Christina has partnered closely with executive teams and boards to build scalable people infrastructures that support rapid growth, operational excellence, and strong employee experiences. Her expertise spans organizational design, leadership development, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation strategy, performance management, HR technology optimization, and culture transformation.
She is recognized for successfully guiding organizations through periods of expansion, business transformation, and change by implementing modern, people-centered practices that align talent strategy with business outcomes. Her work has included designing global people programs, modernizing HR operations, enhancing leadership capability, and leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, to create more efficient and impactful employee experiences.
