MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA, INDIA, June 2026 — Maximus Infoware (India) Pvt. Ltd., a global payment infrastructure and digital enablement company, has elevated Amit Tyagi to the role of Senior Executive Director and Chief Business Officer (Global).
In his expanded leadership role, Amit will spearhead the company’s global growth agenda across the payments, digital enablement, reconciliation, remote monitoring, and self-service domains. He will focus on driving profitable growth through innovative solutions, scalable business models, customer-centric transformation initiatives, and the replication of successful digital use cases across India and international markets.
Amit has been associated with Maximus Infoware for more than seven years and has played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s position in the payments and digital ecosystem. Most recently, he served as Senior Executive Director, where he led strategic growth initiatives and helped expand the organization’s footprint through innovative technology-led solutions and customer-focused business models. Prior to that, he served as Executive Director, contributing significantly to business expansion, customer engagement, and solution-led growth across the financial services sector.
Before joining Maximus Infoware, Amit served as Chief Business Officer and later Director – Sales at Transaction Solutions International (India) Pvt. Ltd., where he led sales transformation, customer relationship management, and next-generation solution development for banks and financial institutions. During his tenure, he successfully expanded the organization’s market presence through differentiated products and disruptive technology-led business solutions.
Earlier, Amit spent more than three years with Mphasis as Senior Vice President and Head – Customer Relations, Payment Managed Services, where he led customer relationships across major banking clients in India. He played a critical role in driving business transformation initiatives, introducing innovative practices, leveraging analytics, and creating new revenue streams through technology-enabled platforms.
Prior to Mphasis, he held senior leadership roles with NCR Corporation across Singapore, Vietnam, and India. As Assistant Services General Manager, he managed services businesses and service delivery operations for major banking customers in Singapore and Vietnam, overseeing P&L management, operational excellence, customer success, and continuous improvement initiatives. Earlier, as Executive Services Manager, he managed strategic customer relationships and expanded services business through value-driven partnerships and solution-oriented engagement.
His career journey also includes leadership assignments with Wipro Infotech, where he worked in enterprise technology solutions, and Larsen & Toubro Limited, where he began his professional career as an Executive Engineer in engineering and manufacturing operations.
Amit holds an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD) and brings nearly three decades of experience spanning payments, banking technology, managed services, digital transformation, customer relationship management, enterprise sales, and business leadership.
His elevation reflects Maximus Infoware’s confidence in his ability to drive global expansion, deepen customer partnerships, and accelerate innovation as the company continues strengthening its position as a leading provider of payment infrastructure and digital enablement solutions worldwide.
