Before joining Maximus Infoware, Amit served as Chief Business Officer and later Director – Sales at Transaction Solutions International (India) Pvt. During his tenure, he successfully expanded the organization’s market presence through differentiated products and disruptive technology-led business solutions.

Earlier, Amit spent more than three years with Mphasis as Senior Vice President and Head – Customer Relations, Payment Managed Services, where he led customer relationships across major banking clients in India. He played a critical role in driving business transformation initiatives, introducing innovative practices, leveraging analytics, and creating new revenue streams through technology-enabled platforms.

Prior to Mphasis, he held senior leadership roles with NCR Corporation across Singapore, Vietnam, and India. As Assistant Services General Manager, he managed services businesses and service delivery operations for major banking customers in Singapore and Vietnam, overseeing P&L management, operational excellence, customer success, and continuous improvement initiatives. Earlier, as Executive Services Manager, he managed strategic customer relationships and expanded services business through value-driven partnerships and solution-oriented engagement.

His career journey also includes leadership assignments with Wipro Infotech, where he worked in enterprise technology solutions, and Larsen & Toubro Limited, where he began his professional career as an Executive Engineer in engineering and manufacturing operations.

Amit holds an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD) and brings nearly three decades of experience spanning payments, banking technology, managed services, digital transformation, customer relationship management, enterprise sales, and business leadership.
