Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, February 2025 – Woodbridge, a global leader in innovative solutions across multiple industries, has appointed Krista Fudge as Vice President, Human Resources and Talent Development. In this role, she will lead talent strategies, organizational effectiveness, and HR transformation initiatives, supporting the company’s global operations.
Fudge brings over 30 years of HR leadership experience, having spent nearly a decade as Vice President, Global Human Resources at Magna International, where she oversaw the HR function across 50+ divisions in 19 countries. She played a pivotal role in developing HR strategies, talent acquisition, and executive coaching for a $5.5 billion global enterprise.
Prior to joining Woodbridge, Krista Fudge held several leadership roles at Magna International, where she spearheaded global HR initiatives, organization design, talent development, and M&A strategies. Her tenure included positions as Vice President, Global Human Resources for Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting Group and Magna Electronics, as well as Global Director, Talent Management.
She previously served as Director of Human Resources at Magna’s Mechatronics NA division, where she played a key role in strategic workforce planning, leadership development, and HR systems implementation. Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles at Intier Automotive Closures and Dortec Division, gaining deep expertise in organizational development, succession planning, and labor relations.
