St. Louis, Missouri, United States, December 2024 – Kristen Asher has been promoted to the role of Director-Talent Strategy at Apex Systems, marking a new chapter in her 18-year career with the organization. In her new position, Kristen will lead Apex Systems’ talent strategy initiatives, driving innovative solutions to support organizational growth and meet evolving market demands.
Kristen’s journey at Apex Systems began over 18 years ago, and she has consistently advanced through various leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Executive Delivery Manager, where she was responsible for managing full-time technical recruiters and aligning delivery solutions with client priorities. Her leadership included resource allocation, progress tracking, and building strong relationships with both internal teams and client managers.
Prior to this, Kristen excelled as a Sr. Delivery Manager II, overseeing multiple delivery teams across several U.S. markets, including St. Louis, Bentonville, Louisville, and Kansas City. She contributed to process development, recruiter training, and branch operations, working closely with senior executives to ensure seamless delivery.
Earlier in her career, Kristen held the role of Sr. Professional Recruiter, where she managed the sourcing, interviewing, and placement of technical talent. She demonstrated a strong ability to meet client needs, negotiate contracts, and build long-lasting relationships with both consultants and candidates.
