Berlin, Germany, March 2025 – Kristian Sidenius Lenz has joined C/O Berlin Foundation as Head of People & Culture, bringing extensive experience in human resources, talent strategy, and organizational culture. In this role, he will lead HR initiatives, workforce engagement, and strategic people operations to support the foundation’s mission of fostering photography and visual media on an international stage.
Before joining C/O Berlin Foundation, Lenz worked as a Freelance HR Consultant, focusing on AI-driven HR solutions and conflict management. Prior to that, he was Head of HR at thermondo, where he played a pivotal role in HR transformation and project management, ensuring operational efficiency and employee engagement.
Lenz spent over 11 years at Closed GmbH, serving as Head of HR and Senior HR Manager. During his tenure, he led recruitment, HR operations, and organizational development initiatives, significantly contributing to the company’s expansion and workforce management. Earlier in his career, he held key recruitment roles at OHMS Consulting, specializing in headhunting for the fashion industry.
With a strong foundation in people management, talent development, and HR innovation, Lenz is well-positioned to support C/O Berlin Foundation’s mission of fostering creativity, visual education, and artistic excellence.
