Kristine Moore has recently assumed the role of Director of Human Resources at New England Airfoil Products Inc. Bringing over two decades of extensive experience in human resources management across several high-profile organizations, Moore is well-prepared to steer the HR operations at her new company in Farmington, Connecticut.
Before joining New England Airfoil Products Inc., Moore served as the Senior Human Resources Manager at WeirFoulds LLP from August 2023 to April 2024 in Toronto, where she implemented and monitored HR policies and practices across the organization. Prior to this, she was the Vice President of Human Resources at Paradigm Precision, managing the human resources functions for over 1,400 employees across five countries from November 2019 to June 2023. Her role included executive coaching, compensation strategies, and overseeing mergers and acquisitions.
Earlier, Moore held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Jacobs Vehicle Systems from June 2018 to October 2019. In this role, she was a part of the senior leadership team, contributing to strategic business goals and managing HR functions across multiple international locations.
Moore’s earlier tenure at Triumph Group notably involved leading the HR functions during a significant organizational transformation. Her responsibilities encompassed integrating multiple acquisitions into a streamlined operational framework, demonstrating her capability in managing complex HR landscapes.
