Kristine Rudzite Žogla Appointed as Chief Executive Officer at Artex, Latvia

Riga, Latvia, September 2025 – Kristine Rudzite Žogla has taken over as Chief Executive Officer at Artex, Latvia, bringing with her over two decades of experience in international trade, manufacturing, and strategic development. In her new role, Kristine will lead the Latvian operations of Artex, a global company specializing in textile production and refurbishment solutions for industries including aviation, transportation, and garment manufacturing.

Prior to her current appointment, Kristine Rudzite Žogla served at Artex Latvia for over 8 years, most recently as Head of Sales & Development, where she played a pivotal role in scaling the company’s regional footprint, expanding client networks, and advancing Artex Latvia’s capabilities in specialized textile manufacturing for the aviation sector.

Before joining Artex, she held the role of CEO at SIA “Black Mammut” for over 3 years, where she oversaw export development and strategic consulting for manufacturing clients across the Baltic States, successfully linking international buyers with local production partners and setting up integrated supply chain systems.

Earlier, Kristine founded and led “Develop Baltic” Ltd., representing Fristads Kansas in the Baltic region. Over 5 years, she focused on connecting Baltic manufacturers with European buyers, overseeing production, exports, quality audits, and strategic partnerships in the textile domain.

Her career began with a 9-year tenure at Hagiteks Ltd., where she advanced through roles in sales and purchasing to eventually become Managing Director, gaining valuable experience in business leadership and international sourcing.

Kristine holds an Executive MBA from Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola – Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, equipping her with deep insights into business strategy, finance, and global management.
