MedPiper Technologies, Inc. has proudly announced the appointment of Parag Sukumar Kalbag as its new Chief Business Officer. This strategic leadership move aims to enhance the company’s business operations and expand its influence in the health technology sector. With a career spanning over two decades in strategic business roles, Kalbag brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to MedPiper Technologies.
Previously, Kalbag served as the Director – Head of Insurance Business at East West Assist Insurance TPA Pvt Ltd, where he was responsible from June 2022 to September 2023 for significant enhancements in service delivery and customer satisfaction, deeply influencing the company’s growth and operational strategies in the insurance sector.
Prior to that, Kalbag was an Associate Director at Alinea Health Care, known previously as UnitedHealthcare India, from June 2021 to June 2022. In this role, he managed comprehensive service-level agreements and strategic partnerships that bolstered the company’s position in the healthcare industry.
His earlier experiences include a substantial tenure at UnitedHealth Group, where he held various executive positions including Vice President, contributing to the company’s strategic expansion and operational efficiency from December 2007 to June 2022.
