In her new role, Krystal will oversee Bell’s recruitment strategies, strengthen employer branding, and drive innovative initiatives to attract top-tier talent to Canada’s largest communications company.
Krystal transitions into this role from her previous position as Director of Talent Acquisition at Holt Renfrew, where she successfully led talent acquisition strategies and supported sustainability-focused recruitment efforts. During her tenure of nearly two years, she was instrumental in aligning talent acquisition with the company’s sustainability and corporate objectives.
Prior to Holt Renfrew, Krystal served as Director of Talent Acquisition at Axonify, where she enhanced recruitment processes and introduced effective talent sourcing methodologies. She also worked briefly as Director of Talent Acquisition at Rogers Communications, further showcasing her ability to thrive in dynamic environments and lead high-performing teams.
Krystal’s earlier career includes over 12 years at Bell, where she held various roles, including Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Consultant of Talent Acquisition. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in employer branding, diversity program development, and headcount management. Her experience spans managing recruitment marketing strategies, behavioral interview training, and fostering partnerships across Bell’s business units.
