Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, April 2025 – Lakshmi Balaji has been appointed as the Associate Director – Talent Acquisition at Thryve Digital Health LLP, a leading global development center for healthcare technology innovation. In this new role, Lakshmi will lead critical talent acquisition initiatives, aligning the company’s people strategy with its dynamic growth in the healthcare technology sector.
Before joining Thryve Digital Health LLP, Lakshmi Balaji served as Associate Director – Talent Acquisition at NTT DATA Services for over three years, where she played a pivotal role in managing large-scale recruitment strategies for diverse business units across India. Her strong focus on talent alignment and strategic hiring contributed to key organizational goals during a critical phase of expansion.
Earlier, she worked as Senior Manager – Human Resources at Matrimony.com Limited, where she strengthened HR operations and drove impactful talent initiatives. She also held the role of Manager – Strategic Human Resources at Newgen KnowledgeWorks Pvt Ltd, where she was instrumental in workforce planning and HR strategy execution.
Lakshmi also gained extensive RPO experience as Delivery Lead at Randstad India, prior to which she had a significant tenure of over eight years with Wipro Technologies, managing leadership hiring and HR business partnering for strategic business units across Chennai and Kolkata.
She began her career as Branch Head at Oxford HR Consultants Limited, laying a strong foundation in recruitment and talent consulting.
