In her new capacity, she will lead Matillion’s talent acquisition strategies across key markets, focusing on strengthening the company’s employer brand, driving recruitment innovation, and attracting top-tier talent to fuel the company’s continued growth in cloud data integration and analytics.
Prior to her promotion, Tasha Cobb served as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at Matillion for over a year, where she successfully led initiatives to enhance hiring processes and improve candidate experience. Before that, she worked as Manager, Talent Acquisition at Matillion, playing a pivotal role in scaling the company’s recruitment operations during a high-growth phase.
Earlier, Tasha was a Talent Partner at Auden, where she focused on building agile recruitment strategies for a fast-paced fintech environment. She also gained experience at LateRooms.com, initially serving as a Talent Acquisition Executive before moving into an HR Assistant role, where she deepened her expertise across broader HR functions.
Before her transition into HR and talent acquisition, Tasha built a strong foundation in retail and fashion, working at organizations such as R3 Resourcing, Laura Ashley, Ariella Fashions, and Jack Wills. Her early career experiences in recruitment consulting and garment technology have equipped her with a versatile perspective on talent and organizational needs.
