Earlier, she worked as Agile Technology Engineer, Discover Management System Coach, Senior Product Owner – Data Analytics, and Consultant – Software Engineering, gaining deep expertise in agile delivery, software engineering, product development, data analytics, process improvement, and enterprise transformation. Throughout her tenure, she played an instrumental role in driving product innovation, strengthening agile practices, and enabling technology teams to deliver high-impact business solutions.
Soumya began her professional journey with LTD Commodities, where she served as Support Analyst for nearly nine years. During this period, she developed a strong foundation in technical support, systems management, customer service, and business operations, experiences that helped shape her transition into technology leadership and product management.
With more than 24 years of professional experience, Soumya has established herself as a respected leader in product management, agile transformation, software engineering, digital innovation, and data-driven product strategy.
