Before joining Simpro Software, Laura served as the Vice President of Global GTM Enablement, where she successfully drove go-to-market strategies, sales enablement programs, and leadership training initiatives across global teams. Her tenure at Cart.com as Vice President of GTM Enablement further showcased her ability to integrate strategy with actionable insights, optimizing team performance.

Prior to these roles, Laura honed her skills as a Freelance Enablement Consultant at E4Globe and as Director & Head of Global Commercial Enablement at Adobe, where she led transformative enablement initiatives. She also played key roles in sales enablement at Magento Commerce, NetSuite, and IBM, where her leadership consistently delivered impactful results.
Laura’s early career at Sterling Commerce provided her with deep expertise in global sales enablement, field engagement, and client development, forming the foundation of her impressive trajectory in the tech and enablement sectors.
