In her new role, Laura will lead the company’s HR strategy, focusing on talent development, operational excellence, and employee engagement across all of Crane Composites’ global locations.
Prior to joining Crane Composites, Laura Walker served as Director of Human Resources at Atkore, where she played a key role across multiple divisions including Cable Management, Construction Services, and N.A.M.F. She successfully supported large-scale organizational development and workforce alignment strategies during her tenure.
Before Atkore, Laura spent over five years at AMETEK, progressing through various HR leadership roles including Director, Senior HR Manager, and HR Business Partner, contributing significantly to performance management and talent planning across different business units. She also held key HR leadership roles earlier in her career at JVM Realty Corporation, where she transitioned from operations to HR and led initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and leadership development.
Laura brings over two decades of cross-industry experience, having started her career in customer-facing roles in the automotive and hospitality sectors before moving into human resources. Her deep understanding of both operations and HR makes her uniquely suited to align people strategies with business objectives in complex industrial environments.
