Tempe, Arizona, United States, April 2025 – Lauren Batenic has taken on the role of Vice President, Talent and People Services at Dutch Bros Coffee, where she will lead initiatives to strengthen talent management, people strategy, and organizational development. Her appointment reflects Dutch Bros’ commitment to enhancing employee experience and driving a culture of excellence across its 900+ locations in 18 states.
Prior to this, Lauren was with Verra Mobility for over five years, most recently serving as Vice President of Global Talent Management, where she shaped leadership development, succession planning, and talent transformation strategies. Earlier at Verra, she held the role of Vice President, Global Human Resources Business Partner, optimizing global engineering functions and leading large-scale change management efforts aligned to strategic business outcomes.

Before joining Verra Mobility, Lauren held HR leadership roles at GoDaddy, where she was Senior Manager, People Operations, focusing on customer care strategy, employee engagement, and global expansion. She was recognized with the Business Partner Award for her impact.
She also worked with Tyson Foods as Manager, Organizational Development, where she led performance and talent management strategies and built innovative tools for employee development. Earlier in her career, she held diverse HR roles at Hillshire Brands, Sara Lee, ON Semiconductor, iGo Inc., and Harrah’s Casino, building deep expertise across talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational transformation.
